Cancellations Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you therefore please try to give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment value if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hours notice and that cannot be filled.

 

Missed Appointments
Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment prices.
Consultations for all treatments are free and completely confidential.

All treatment times are approximate and include undressing and dressing if
applicable.
 

Packages
All package treatments must be taken on the same day.
A deposit of 50% will be required when booking any Package.

 

Valuables
Hush cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.

Clients are advised to leave any valuables at home.

Gift Vouchers
Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted.

 

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones must be kept on silent throughout your visit to Hush.
